3rd time I had my car in for repairs. 1st time I took it in because my check engine light was on. Found a leak and antifreeze was dripping out. 2nd time car overheated and had to be towed to Brauneckers. Found nothing wrong, only explanation air bubble from first time repair. 3rd time , no heat. Took it in and this time water pump.

Kendra, Brian, and Logan helped us purchase our new vehicle, and they are excellent! The process was simple and efficient.

After they decided to keep it for a couple days, I was promptly offered a loaner to drive through the weekend. Excellent customer service skills and my being pleased with my visit was top priority!

I worked with Brian back in May. Was able to get to the dealership on June 12. They had the truck ready for me when I got there. While I took it for a test drive they checked my trade in out and had the offer ready. When Brian went to put fuel in my truck, I met the owner. Everyone was friendly. Brian took the time to show me all the features on the truck. He made sure all the software was setup.

I found the Buick I wanted with all equipment. I stopped at Russ Braunecker in Effingham IL and was greeted by Kendra. Kendra was very polite and asked is she could help us, I said I wanted to talk to a salesman and she took charge, she was very knowledgeable and helpful for me to find a car I wanted.
